NMAT is an exam primarily for admission to the MBA program of NMIMS offered at five campuses; Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore & Navi Mumbai. The flagship campus of NMIMS is Mumbai. There are 1800 seats across all these campuses out of which at least 30% will be offered to female candidates. Some other good institutes like XIMB, KJ Somaiya, TAPMI, GLIM (for PGPM) also accept NMAT scores.
NMAT Pattern

NOTE
- The test taker can decide on the sequence in which the sections will appear during the exam
- No online calculator. So, prepare on speed calculations
- No negative marking.
- Cannot skip questions. Cannot revisit a question
- NMIMS accepts the score of only the first attempt though a test taker can take NMAT up to a maximum of three times (first attempt + two retakes)
- Candidates have the option to take the test either at test centre with social distancing protocols or to take the online proctored exam from the comfort of their home.
