B Schools shortlist students for the interview stage based on the written test and their admission criteria. This stage typically includes combinations of an Interview, Written Ability Test (WAT) and Group Discussion, which may vary from institute to institute. Some B schools also have case discussions and group tasks as part of this round.
The GDPI stage is where you come face to face with the admission team and hence your personal skills come into play. Multiple number of candidates are called for GDPI as compared to the number of seats on offer and hence you should leave no stone unturned with your preparation to gain admission to the B school of your choice.
